Custom Graphics and CEPC get a makeover in Santiago, Chile
We marked the Grand Reopening of the Custom Graphics Studio and Centralized Engineering Programming Center in the Santiago, Chile Trane office. The entire Chile office along with Paul McMurphy, Director of Digital Solutions and David Whiteman, Digital Creative Manager were on hand to celebrate.
For the past 12 years, both Graphics and CEPC have been working in small rooms within the warehouse of the building. They now have the environment that demonstrates our continued growth and investment in these teams. Both groups are headquartered in our Trane St. Paul facility. With that in mind, design elements from the new Digital Lab in St. Paul were utilized in this remodel to continue the journey to a one-team mentality.
One designer stated: “Before I was embarrassed and would not bring my friends or family to show them where I work. I am now proud of where I work!”
Paul McMurphy also added: “This really has helped the culture and demonstrating our commitment to our employees here in Chile.”
